The Skull II

There are lots of pictures of skulls or other animal bones in close proximity to the female nude. On my part this was my third attempt and I am still not completely happy with it (but I'm afraid Chelsea would start to doubt my motives if I were to keep on placing wombat skulls on her pubis).

Of course you are free to make whatever interpretation you like - and I hope you will. A lot will depend whether you see the model as having a passive or deliberate role in this image. Also, are you attracted to the contrast between the texture of the skin and the bone?

The wombat skull is exactly the right size to cover Chelsea's pubic hair except for the few strands that poke out through the eyeholes. This is erotic in the sense that it lets you look at the area of her body normally considered most sexually charged... without actually seeing it. Beyond that, well we all have to ponder how the most beautiful of living creatures must ultimately age and die. Life (Sex) and death in the same image - the Great Mystery.
