Now, March 2011, the design of the book is complete, paid for and excellent - thanks to the Xiao sisters... Yi and Dong. We have found a printer and got a quote - all that remains is to find the money to pay him.

So What's it all About?

Since the death of silver-based photography I mainly shoot digital and in colour - but photographically my greatest love is still film and monochrome.

Most of my monochrome images have a wide tone range and to see them at their best you may need to adjust your monitor. Please check the grayscale below and if necessary make the appropriate changes so that you are seeing true black, true white and ALL the divisions in between
